Warranty

For Smono devices we give you a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory rights.

Duration

Two years from the date of purchase. If you register your device on our registration page, the warranty is extended by a further three years — five years from the date of purchase in total.

Geographical scope

The warranty applies in all countries we deliver to.

What it covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If such a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device.

How to make a claim

Write to info@smono.shop with your order number and a short description. We will get back to you with the next steps.

Your statutory rights

This warranty does not restrict your statutory rights. Independently of it, you have the statutory rights in respect of defects against the seller; these are free of charge for you.
