Shipping costs

We ship with DHL. Shipping costs are charged once per order and include VAT:

Germany: €6.99
Rest of the EU: €9.99

You can see which countries we deliver to when choosing the delivery country during checkout. The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown there again before you place the order.

Processing and delivery time

We process orders on working days. Your parcel leaves us within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of payment. With payment in advance, this period starts on the day the payment reaches us.

Delivery by DHL then takes 1 to 2 working days within Germany and 3 to 7 working days within the EU. As soon as the parcel leaves us, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Collection in person

We deliver by shipping only. Unfortunately, collection of the goods in person is not possible.
