Payment by invoice
Under our terms and conditions, we offer payment by invoice subject to a prior credit check. If the result is negative, this payment method is not available. Your invoice states the payment deadline.
Returns and warranty
We voluntarily extend the period for declaring withdrawal to 30 days. See the withdrawal policy for conditions, exceptions and deadlines for returns and refunds.
The manufacturer's warranty lasts two years from the purchase date and is extended by one year through device registration. Details are on the warranty page. For questions about your order, contact us.
The Smono 3 combines convection heating with a compact body and a Pyrex glass mouthpiece. It suits you if you want to keep track of temperature and session time and are looking for simple three-button operation.
Three buttons, clear feedback
The OLED display shows temperature, battery level and timer. You can set the temperature between 120 and 221 °C; heat-up takes approximately 25 seconds.
Glass mouthpiece and stainless steel chamber
The herbs are heated by hot air. The air path is separate from the electronics. The glass mouthpiece can be removed for cleaning; compatible spare parts are listed with the device.
For on the go
The body measures 5.1 × 7.6 × 2.5 cm. The built-in battery makes the Smono 3 a companion for on the go. The number of sessions per charge depends on factors including temperature and duration of use.
2 + 1 year warranty
You receive a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Registering your device adds another year. You can find the scope and conditions on our warranty page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
