Payment by invoice
Under our terms and conditions, we offer payment by invoice subject to a prior credit check. If the result is negative, this payment method is not available. Your invoice states the payment deadline.
Returns and warranty

The Smono Start focuses on simple operation: one button, a slim pen format and vibration feedback. It suits you if you want to manage without a display or numerous settings.
One button instead of multiple menus
You control the device with one button. Vibrations signal when it reaches temperature and when the session ends. The operating range is between 200 and 220 °C.
Slim format
The body is approximately 13.4 cm long and around 2 cm wide. It features a glass mouthpiece and an air path separate from the electronics. Compatible seals and screens are available in the wear parts set.
Charging on the go
The built-in battery has a capacity of 1000 mAh and charges via USB-C. The device heats up in approximately 30 seconds. Runtime depends on how long and how often you use it.
2 + 1 year warranty
You receive a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Registering your device adds another year. You can find the scope and conditions on our warranty page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
