The set belongs to the Smono 4 Pro. It does not fit the Smono 4 — the two models differ in their mouthpiece.
When it is time for a replacement
The screen clogs with resins long before you can see it; you feel it as rising draw resistance and falling vapour output. The silicone seal hardens over time — if the mouthpiece no longer sits snugly or draws false air, the seal is due. The glass mouthpiece itself lasts a long time, provided it does not take a fall.
Cleaning and care
Stainless steel and glass tolerate a bath in isopropyl alcohol: leave the parts to soak until the residue dissolves, then rinse with clean water and let them dry completely before refitting them. Silicone parts are better cleaned with warm water and a little washing-up liquid — prolonged alcohol baths make silicone brittle and leaky over time.
