How to work with them
The capsules are filled loosely at home and travel filled in the transport tube. On the go you only swap the capsule — no refilling, no spilling. Take care not to compress the material too much: the airflow has to get through, otherwise vapour production falls off. As a side effect the chamber of the device stays clean, because the plant material never touches it directly.
Cleaning and care
Stainless steel and glass tolerate a bath in isopropyl alcohol: leave the parts to soak until the residue dissolves, then rinse with clean water and let them dry completely before refitting them.
